My Shadow is My Greatest Ally

We all have a constant companion: our shadow. I AFFECTIONALLY describe mine as my twin sister, who is never far away.

My fascination with my ‘polar twin’ started when I got really into photography again. I would often see her around me – in the trees, on the paths, sometimes making my limbs look like spider legs, other times (such as in Poland) much lighter and brighter.

I smile as She constantly follows me - in the same way that death does.
