purchasing

Payments are taken through Stripe or Paypal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
-
You can choose to pay by bank transfer simply by emailing me and I will send you my bank account details. This saves me credit card fees. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold on the website and unavailable to others upon receipt of your order.
-
If you would like to purchase an original painting over £1000 you are welcome to purchase in stages. As the value of my work grows I understand this can be a helpful option. A 50% deposit is payable to hold your painting . The balance can be paid the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging this.
This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Your artwork will be shipped to you once payment is received in full. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.

I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I have have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements.
For example, crating a large painting to ship overseas can be expensive, and so it may be more cost efficient to ship the canvas rolled in a tube direct to your framer for restretching (and framing) locally.
Since shipping costs for large artworks will need to be quoted individually, please contact me before purchasing at hello@trudietaramoulton.art.
I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately by agreement.

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location.
Large paintings for International delivery require an individual approach as some paintings need to be crated and this is a bespoke service.
Please contact me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at your expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
