Purchasing & Shipping

Thank you for your interest in my work! I want you to be delighted with the print you receive, so please read through my shipping FAQs below, and feel free to email me at studio@rachelmeoklint.co.uk if you would like further clarification or have a bespoke request.

Please note that great care has been taken to depict each fine art print as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and high-quality imagery. However, please be aware that slight variations in colour or appearance between the screen and final print received, may occur depending on your browser, device, or individual screen settings.

A lot of my work is designed to be used to raise the frequency in your home or office through aligned placement using advanced methods of Chinese metaphysics and astrology. All prints designed for energy alignment within your home or office space, come with a PDF guide on how to correctly position the print you have purchased, for maximum high frequency shifts. This PDF guide will be sent by email, on receipt of your order.

  • Payments are made at the time of purchase, via PayPal in GBP or via Apple Pay (via Stripe). If you are using an Apple device, and Safari browser, Apple Pay will be enabled and offered as the default option. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details at any time and an invoice will be sent on receipt of your order for your records.

    At present,. online purchase is currently the only payment option for print purchases.

  • If you would like to purchase a print in a bespoke size, please contact me for a quote. This also applies to any other imagery published on the site: some if it is available to purchase as a print. Please email me studio@rachelmeoklint.co.uk for all enquiries. I aim to respond to all emails with 1 working day (except when I am out of office). When on leave, my autoresponder will advise of my return to office date.

Shipping and Returns

  • Once you have placed your order, it goes directly to the printers, who will print, post and send your image(s) directly to you. The turnaround time is within 3 working days, depending on the day the order is placed, and will be sent securely in a cardboard tube, via tracked, reliable courier. So most UK deliveries will arrive within 3 working days. Please allow 5 working days in total for your print to arrive – and if for any reason you have not received it by then, we will check the status with the courier.

    If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

  • All prints are made to order and are printed at a specialist lab in London and are typically shipped within 5-6 working days. Within the UK, prints are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service) and by courier for overseas orders. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 8-10 working days in total.

  • Shipping is charged separately at a flat rate for all prints delivered in the UK. For postage to Europe and further afield, please email me (studio@rachelmeoklint.co.uk) for a quote. Please also note shipping times will take longer for overseas destinations.

    Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may also be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at your expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

  • All prints are custom printed and delivered by our printing partner, and I do not hold stock; each print is custom made to order. Therefore, I cannot accept returns or refunds at this time on any of the items sold.

  • We work with professional couriers to ensure that all artwork is received in perfect condition. However, if you have any issue with the item received, please email a photograph of the packaging and product to studio@rachelmeoklint.co.uk and I will send you a replacement.
